(6th Class)

Ms Garvey is a temporary teacher in Scoil Mhuire for this school year.

Ms Garvey teaches 5th class students in the back building.

There are 26 boys and girls in her class.

Fifth Class were very spooky with their Halloween costumes this year! A great effort was made by all!

Garda Paul
A huge thank you to Garda Paul who visited our classroom to highlight the importance of road safety! The class enjoyed asking him questions, exploring the Garda van and ringing the siren!

Fifth class were lucky enough to hold both the Heineken Cup and Guinness PRO14 Cup! 
We were surprised at how heavy they were!! Rugby has been a regular topic of discussion in the class since Ireland’s historic win over the All Blacks, so we were absolutely delighted with the surprise visit! 

Tea and The Chats! 

Fifth class worked hard to earn a morning of tea and the chats.

Everyone brought in their own mug and some even brought in their own biscuits to share with the class!  

We are a chatty bunch so we definitely enjoyed the novelty of a cuppa and some biscuits whilst engaging in a whole class discussion (chat!) 

A special thanks to Evan whose nanny supplied us with all the teabags!
