Sports

During the school year the children take part in CUMMAN NA MBUNSCOIL Football U11 & U13 competitions. This means that we travel to other schools and schools travel to us to play games. The competition is run on a league basis and all the children involved love being part of a team.

Some years we also enter the Basketball competitions.

The Cross country is another event the pupils participate in. This is held in Hawkfield and the children compete to see who can run the fastest kilometre.

We also enter the children into a soccer league and soccer blitz each year.

Ms Dunne and Mr Higgins are currently training the Gaelic teams after school each week.
